Immortal no more Chpt 1: The Girl in the Jar      Keith ran through the halls of shield Corp's halls looking left and right, not making a sound. He held his rifle ready at all times, only lowering to check corners. Stealth was the key to his mission and he couldn't be found out until his deed was done. Quickly he covered ground in the large labyrinth of a science facility. Night watcher At night I walk in my house and I hear someone’s footsteps that are not my own, I look to see who and no one is there. At night I look into my mirror and think someone is watching me, I turn and see only shadow. At night I will sit in bed and hear noises that are not normal, I ask who it is and no one answers. At night I lay in thoughtful slumber and awaken to the sound of one standing close, I bend my head and I see nothing. May it be fear or me, something in the night watches me, for good or ill I may never know.
